Reiki First Degree (Reiki I) Course. This is the first degree level, and reconnects you with the universal life energy. The attunement 'fine tunes' your energy fields so that you can receive the Reiki 'frequency' easily and consistently. The Reiki Master will activate and align the major 'chakras' (i.e., energy centres) allowing you to channel cosmic energy for self healing and healing of others. You will learn to position your hands on different parts of the body for Reiki treatment.
