Yen
Kim
is committed to helping people heal themselves through
awakening them to a higher consciousness. This very path has
led her
to
take
up,
over
the
past years,
the
learning
and practicing
of
various
aspects of holistic healthcare for the body, mind and
emotions.
She
uses energy
healing
systems such as Reiki and
delving
into the
higher
consciousness
of
one's
inner self to help effect change and healing. Instead of
limiting herself to a single source of knowledge she was
personally trained by José Silva, the founder of the Silva
Method program, trained under 7 Reiki Masters and other
prominent energy masters.
Kim's
exposure to such a wide spectrum of learning and practices
enabled
her to
specialize
in the development of inner consciousness i.e. how to use the
untapped powers of
one's
mind to take one
beyond what you have already
been
achieved.
Prior
to dedicating herself full time to practicing holistic
healing,
Kim
has worked in
various
concerns.
As
a
result of
her empathy with people combined with 18
years of in-depth study, research and training, Kim has helped
many find release from a state of helplessness and despair
to
happier and healthier living.
One
of the peaks in her chosen pathway was the
United
Nation
4th
World NGO Forum on Women in Beijing 1995 for the
Advancement of Human Development.
Her contribution included conceptualization, design of
modules and facilitating workshops. A total of 40,000 women
from over 180 countries participated in this global forum.
It was Kim Siew Yen who delivered the keynote address to 30,000
participants and the media at the closing ceremony.
